Why almost crunchy mom? Well, I have always leaned a little toward the crunchy lifestyle.  I started  moving towards healthier food choices in my late teens and early 20’s, I then found my way into yoga.  A decade later, I am still learning, and my beliefs about health and fitness are ever evolving. (Also, it is the nickname my bonus child gave me when her dad and I started dating, not sure why?) I am a proud wife to an amazing man, mother of 4 beautiful children, and a healthy food enthusiast.  I am passionate about healthy food and living a simpler life.  Follow me as I share my favorite healthy food, DIY’s, and life hacks for living healthier and more simply.
